Occasionally, YWCA will receive funds because an item purchased was out of stock, cancelled, or lost. When this happens, we don't let those dollars go to waste. Instead, we happily redirect any refunds toward purchasing needed items for our residents. In other words, even when we're thrown a curveball, your generosity is still directed exactly where it's needed most!
